Camperdown Cemetery during Biennale 2016

I finally had time to photograph this gem after 3 years living less than 400m it.

Living in Newtown has it’s perks, not least of which is a food culture that allows for 30 minute delivery from restaurants with cuisine from every corner of the globe. It also has one of the most fantastic dog parks in Sydney (I am a little bias). Camperdown Memorial Rest Park, on Federation Rd, Lennox Ave, Australia St, and Church Street has a huge expanse of lush grass, a plethora of people from all walks of life, and at it’s heart, a church and cemetery with a rich history, and a fantastic Sunday afternoon walk.

This place is interesting at the best of times, but this year brought us the Biennale, and a really creative art project,
